Marie-Christine and Jean-Louis welcome you to the heart of ASTARAC, an area in the process of being classified as a P.N.R. (National Nature Reserve), in the manor house of a former farm, which they have converted into a NON-SMOKING holiday cottage to offer you a rural interlude. Ideally located, you can get to the ocean (BIARRITZ - 2h), the mountains (HAUTACAM - 1h) or explore the surrounding area, near or far (some have even been to Carcassonne...). In summer, we're close to the MARCIAC jazz festival and the MIRANDE country music festival (approx. 20kms)... there's no shortage of cultural events!
Our accommodation, adjoining that of the owners, gives you total independence, with private parking, garden and entrance: proximity without cohabitation! For your comfort, beds are made on arrival: a perfect way to start your vacation without any worries.
If you choose our "house", we'll be delighted to welcome you to our region, where Etienne CHATILIEZ once said that "happiness is in the meadow" :-)
First floor: Entrance hall, living room, kitchen/dining area, shower room (Italian shower), separate WC, utility room.
Upstairs: Relaxation area (library), 3 bedrooms (2 beds 90, 1 bed 140, 1 bed 140), shower room/WC, balcony.
Independent entrance - Private garden and parking.

Propriétaires très sympathiques, et prévenants.
Dans un gîte spacieux ou rien ne manque, y compris l'internet qui fonctionne ( très rare)

5/5Séjour très agréable avec un accueil de Marie Christine et Jean louis sympathique et chaleureux .
Nous avons également apprécié les attentions de bienvenue ( cake fait maison aux pépites de chocolat /banane délicieux,rillettes de canard et vin blanc )
Le cadre du gîte aspire au repos calme et verdures avec une belle demeure typiquement gersoise .
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
