Les Petits Faulongs

Les petits Faulongs" Holiday cottage is located inside a 150-year-old Gascony farmhouse in the village of Sauviac (Gers), in the heart of the Astarac region.the accommodation comprises a living room (with sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 kids), dining room and kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm), are separated by the bathroom (with WC, washbasin and thermostatic shower). The Holiday cottage is surrounded by a large 4500 m2 garden, where you can enjoy a BBQ, pétanque or other activities.The kitchen is fully equipped, with electric cooker/oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Another farm building offers a place to relax, play sports (various small accessories are available) or family games. 3 adult bicycles available on site.

This building has been converted into a bright, modern ground-floor dwelling. A large bay window opens onto the terrace facing the Pyrenees and the Countryside. The Bègues neighborhood is located just outside the village of Sauviac. All shops, service providers, doctors, supermarkets and open-air markets are located either in Mirande (14 km) or Trie sur Baise (17 km).

From Sauviac (Quartier des Bègues), the walk to the Saint-Eutrope chapel, with its three-hundred-year-old oak and panoramic view (360o) over the Gers hills and the Pyrenees chain, is an ideal spot for a picnic.
All neighboring villages have signposted footpaths, and guided walks are offered every Sunday morning with ACTA Gers.
The Countryside roads of the Gers and neighboring Hautes Pyrénées are a paradise for cyclists of all levels, and tours are available.

Fishing enthusiasts can choose between the Petite Baïse, the Baïse and Lake Miélan, which also offers water sports.
Nature lovers can discover Lake Puydarrieux and observe various species of migratory birds.
Don't forget to visit Auch, the capital of the Gers and Gascony. The historic City with its grand staircase, the Armagnac Tower, the statue of d'Artagnan and the magnificent Sainte-Marie Cathedral.

Parking is available at the entrance to the property, and we have a reinforced socket for recharging electric cars.
