Les Estarguis

In a small village close to Mauvezin (all shops) and about 20 minutes from Auch, you'll stay in this superb Holiday cottage, entirely renovated and tastefully decorated. This old family farm consists of two houses.

The Holiday cottage is located in the part with the pigeon house, and an annex with three bedrooms is located on the first floor of the building, with independent access via the outside staircase. Once you've packed your bags, you won't want to leave. The private swimming pool (9mx4m x 1.5m deep) is heated from April to October (the water can be raised 10° above the air temperature - WITHOUT SURCOUTING), has a wide immersed beach, a corner staircase and an anti-fall roller shutter. There's also a large terrace with deckchairs, loungers, summer kitchen, wood-burning barbecue (charcoal not provided) and outdoor WC, 15mx4m pétanque court, Kids' play area with slide, swing and willow "living" Cabin. A reinforced socket is available for recharging electric cars. A ping-pong table and various other games are also available for entertainment. Please note that the plot is not enclosed, and there are neighbors around ten meters away, so you'll need to respect them by limiting any nuisance. However, there are no neighbours to contend with!

On the ground floor, a beautiful entrance hall with separate toilet, the laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), the Colorado bedroom, accessible to people with reduced mobility, has two 90*200 jumellables beds, its own private shower room and toilet. The bright 80m² living room includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting area with sofa, TV and video projector. A large bay window gives access to the terrace. Upstairs, two bedrooms, "Provence" and "Alpes", each with a 160cm bed, private bathroom and toilet.

In the annex accessible by an outside staircase, 3 bedrooms, Aubiet and Mauvezin, each with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, the Saint-Sauvy bedroom has 2 90cm beds and a 90cm bed. In this annex, two shower rooms and a separate toilet are shared between the three bedrooms.

-Entrance to the Holiday cottage is independent and via a unique code lock.
-Pets are not allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is MANDATORY. It must be added to your basket at the time of booking, otherwise it must be paid for on site. However, the house must be left in good order, the kitchen tidy, used sheets and towels deposited in the laundry in the appropriate bins, the bbq cleaned and emptied of its ashes and all your rubbish taken away (bathrooms, toilets, kitchen).
-Parties are not permitted, out of respect for the hamlet's only neighbor ;) and no outside guests beyond the stated sleeping capacity (i.e. 15 people) are allowed.
