Let yourself be seduced by this charming house nestled in the heart of the Gers hills, a stone's throw from two lakes. A carefully restored former farmhouse, it can comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 guests.

A peaceful setting and activities for all:
Take advantage of the lakes in the immediate vicinity to indulge in Fishing in a calm, unspoilt environment. You can catch roach, tench, pike and even a few crayfish! Kids will love the ping-pong table, table soccer and swing set.

Located on a family farm, the house also offers authentic immersion: discover the breeding of capons, cows and guinea fowl.

From the house, explore the Gers countryside on Hiking trails, some of which run through the property's private woods. For al fresco dining or relaxation, sit out on the terrace with its magnificent view of the Lake.

House layout:
First floor: entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, separate living room, WC.
1st floor: two bedrooms (1 x 160 cm bed, 3 x 90 cm beds).
Half-level: bathroom, separate WC, shower room. Accessible by a few steps, a third bedroom with 140 cm bed and dressing room.
Outside: a summer dining room awaits you, accessible directly from the terrace.

Housekeeping option: €60 (payable on site).
