Just a few kilometers from Condom, famous for its architectural heritage and its bandas festival, in the heart of the Countryside, you'll be able to set down your suitcases in an unspoilt environment, far from the hustle and bustle!
This beautiful stone outbuilding has been fully restored using traditional materials, and offers all modern comforts combined with old-world charm to ensure your stay is a peaceful and relaxing one. The estate combines charm and authenticity, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view over the Gers valleys and vineyards. You'll also find a swimming pool (12x6m - 1 to 2m deep - secured by an alarm) in the garden, to be shared with the owners, the Tour and the Logis de Mirane, as well as plenty of opportunities for walks! Nature lovers will be delighted!
The 3-hectare park is surrounded by 65 hectares of woods and farmland. As you stroll through the park, you can sample cherries, plums, greengages, mirabelle plums and grapes in the orchard, depending on the season. Finally, for the connoisseur, after a tour of the winery, the owner will suggest a tasting of 20-year-old Armagnac.
Living room with kitchen, opening on to the garden and its chestnut trees and offering a very wide panorama of the Countryside, upstairs: beautiful bedroom with private shower room and separate wc.

ERIC Une semaine en juin 2015 dans un cadre verdoyant et calme. Accueil chaleureux de Jean Francois. Chocolat et bouteille de vin rouge local en cadeau de bienvenu. La piscine se trouve en pleine nature très agréable.

Sylvie Gîte ravissant et très bien situé
Ce petit gîte est idéalement situé pour pouvoir profiter des richesses patrimoniales et gastronomiques de la Ténarèze dans le Gers. Il fait partie d'une grande propriété dans une campagne vallonnée, ce qui lui confère un environnement verdoyant et particulièrement calme, avec une vue superbe. Tous les bâtiments de la propriété, en pierre de taille, ont été restaurés avec goût dans le style du pays et forment un ensemble remarquable. La maison est très bien aménagée, tant sur le plan pratique que sur le plan esthétique : décoration simple, élégante, apaisante, équipement ménager et culinaire exhaustif, grand terrain et possibilité de profiter de la piscine. Rien à reprocher, ni à réclamer. Enfin, l'accueil du propriétaire est charmant, chaleureux et discret à la fois.
