A true haven of relaxation, the property boasts a private, fully-enclosed swimming pool (open from May), heated from May to September when temperatures permit. Around the pool, there's something for everyone, from refreshing swims to lazing in the sun or reading in the shade of the trees.

The outdoor areas are designed for everyone to enjoy. A covered shelter welcomes guests of all ages with a variety of games: foosball, darts, molkky, and a dedicated Kids area. A ping-pong table and a pétanque court round out the amenities, perfect for sharing fun times with family or friends. The spacious grounds alternate between shaded and sunny areas so that everyone can enjoy the day however they please.

The house, a historic building fully renovated with high-quality materials, charms with its refined decor and warm atmosphere. The charm of the old blends harmoniously with modern comfort, offering an elegant and welcoming setting. The interior layout spans different levels, with only one or two steps separating certain rooms, which adds character without the house actually being a multi-story home.

The fully equipped kitchen is both functional and inviting, ideal for preparing and sharing delicious meals. The comfortable and bright living room features a Smart TV and a pool table for your leisure time. The holiday cottage has three bedrooms. The first has a 160 cm double bed. The second features a Bed 90x190 as well as two 90x200 cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed—perfect for kids. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this space. The third bedroom features a 160 cm bed and a 90x200 cm bed, and has its own private bathroom with a separate toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy. A laundry area is also available, complete with a washer and dryer.
