Situated at the foot of the vineyards and just a stone's throw from the owners, you'll enjoy your own private outdoor space with a terrace and shelter for meals, aperitifs or Kids' games. Bordered by a meadow, the property's donkeys are sure to come and say hello, much to the delight of the Kids!

It's the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding Gers villages: St Mont, with its cellar and experimental winery, and Viella, with its shops and swimming pool, are just 5kms away.

Winegrowers and enthusiasts, the owners will guide you through the visits to be made, the tastings of good Gers products and the wine estates to be discovered.

Alternating hillsides and valleys, the landscape of the Pays du Val d'Adour is a unique mosaic of panoramas and territories, highlighting the richness and thousand faces of the Gers and Haut-Pyrénéens heritage, whether built, natural or man-made: on foot, by bike or by car, discover unique sites.

The house features a large living room with open kitchen and laundry, dining area and sitting area. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds (90cm) and a baby bed, while the second bedroom has 1 double bed (160cm) with dressing area. There's also a sofa bed in an airlock, with Kids' games and library, a shower room and separate toilet. All rooms are on the ground floor.
