There's a 3000m² green space ideal for family play, and a lovely wooden terrace for meals, aperitifs with family or friends, or just relaxing. Located close to the owners' home, you'll have access to the Piscine, at the back of the house: secured by a fence (8x4 - depth 1.2 to 1.5m). Accessed via a staircase from the terrace, you enter the living room: dining room, open-plan kitchen, pantry, shower room, separate toilet, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a separate lounge with 1 single sofa bed. Upstairs, accessible from the living room (steep staircase with handrail and rope), a second bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). The Holiday cottage is air-conditioned all year round.
The entire first floor of the pigeonnier is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a second entrance door is accessible without using the staircase.
