Biran 3 km: Magnificent Maison de Maître (400m² - ground floor + first floor) entirely restored (mainly recycled and bio-sourced materials) with beautiful living spaces and meticulous decoration. Situated in a charming hamlet, this Semi-detached house (1 person) opens onto a large garden with a private swimming pool (10x4m - alarmed) and an outbuilding (200m²) with ping-pong table and basketball hoop. A free tennis court is available 6 km from the Holiday cottage. Everything you need for a relaxing Wellbeing vacation!

Dining room/kitchen, laundry room, lounge (convertible), wc/hand-wash, 1 bedroom with private shower room and wc (2 twin beds 90), gaming room. First floor: living room, 2 bedrooms with private shower room and toilet (4 beds 90), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 4 beds 90 including 2 Bunk beds), bathroom, toilet/hand-wash. Outbuilding and shed for parking 3 cars.

To optimize reception conditions, arrivals at the Holiday cottage are scheduled from 5pm. Sheets and towels are provided for a minimum stay of one week. For shorter stays, sheets and towels are extra. Bicycles available.

End-of-stay cleaning (€150) is compulsory and payable on site.
Firewood for the STUV stove is provided free of charge.
Electricity according to consumption, except from June to August.
Charging for electric vehicles is charged (separate meter).
Optional: For short stays, bed linen and towels are extra.
