The private, partly fenced grounds feature a beautiful swimming pool (secured by 2 alarms - 12x6 - max. depth: 2.2m, chlorine-filtered) for relaxing, lounging or playing with the family, as well as terraces, a patio and a covered area for aperitifs and meals, while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Countryside and the Pyrenees in fine weather.
Ideally located, from the house you can explore the cultural heritage of the Gers: Panjas, its church, Nogaro and its motor racing circuit, its velorail...

    Nos critères de choix étaient tout d'abord la proximité du circuit de Nogaro et le le nombre de chambres.
    Nous avons été éblouis par le site, l'hébergement....et l'accueil des propriétaires.

    Belle maison spacieuse et agréable au calme, très bien équipée pour 10 personnes. Logement très propre ce qui, malheureusement, n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations.
    La grande piscine est fort agréable et appréciée. Grand terrain permettant à des enfants de jouer en toute sécurité.
    Excellent accueil qui ne fait qu'ajouter au plaisir du séjour.
    Un délicieux goût de "revenez y".

    Positief: Zéér proper huis geen stofje te vinden. Een goed uitgeruste keuken met veel materiaal,alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeer mooi zwembad. 3 terrassen met meubilair waar je kan zitten. Handige BBQ. Zeer goeie bedden!!! Echt een aanrader om tot rust te komen en te genieten van het weer en de vrienden. 5 kamers en 2 badkamers. Goed voor 10 personen. Mooi uitzicht op de wijnvelden.

    Negatief: eigenaar is zeer moeilijk te bereiken (maar wel vriendelijk als het lukte )
    Er was geen wifi. Na melding bij de eigenaar hebben ze er uiteindelijk niks mee gedaan enkel de opmerking "raar dat het niet werkte". Dus een hele week zonder wifi en al onze eigen data verbruikt met roaming...
    Er is weinig te doen in de buurt. Maar dat weet je als je boekt en gelukkig is het een zeer goed huis met mooi zwembad!
