In the heart of the Armagnac region, between vineyards and forests, this beautiful Gascon house is surrounded by 1 ha of parkland with direct access to the vineyards where numerous walks await you to the point of sale of the family wine estate: Le Domaine de Joÿ.
The private, partly fenced grounds feature a beautiful swimming pool (secured by 2 alarms - 12x6 - max. depth: 2.2m, chlorine-filtered) for relaxing, lounging or playing with the family, as well as terraces, a patio and a covered area for aperitifs and meals, while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Countryside and the Pyrenees in fine weather.
Ideally located, from the house you can explore the cultural heritage of the Gers: Panjas, its church, Nogaro and its motor racing circuit, its velorail...
Whether you're on vacation with family or friends, for a weekend or a week, come and recharge your batteries at Holiday cottage Le Louvre.
A few steps lead up to the house, where a large corridor leads to the living room, kitchen and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with double beds (160cm), a large bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 and a bedroom with 1 bed 140 (no window), a shower room with toilet. Garden level: summer kitchen with direct access to the garden.

JEROME Superbe gîte.
Un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires de ce gîte de caractère d’une propreté irréprochable. Un gîte spacieux et bien équipé pour un beau week-end entre amis nous concernant. Literie très confortable de surcroît. Pour un séjour au milieu des vignobles, en vacances ou en w.end (proximité du circuit de Nogaro en moins de 10 mn) ce gîte est juste parfait. Merci encore aux propriétaire pour leur gentillesse. On reviendra !

Laurence Séjour magique
La maison est très accueillante avec tout le confort souhaité pour un week-end détente. Le cadre est très agréable et les propriétaires sont adorables et à l'écoute de leurs clients. Nous avons passé un super week-end dans cette belle maison, merci beaucoup à Olivier et sa compagne.

Maury Celine Nos critères de choix étaient tout d'abord la proximité du circuit de Nogaro et le le nombre de chambres.
Nous avons été éblouis par le site, l'hébergement....et l'accueil des propriétaires.

Philippe Belle maison spacieuse et agréable au calme, très bien équipée pour 10 personnes. Logement très propre ce qui, malheureusement, n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations.
La grande piscine est fort agréable et appréciée. Grand terrain permettant à des enfants de jouer en toute sécurité.
Excellent accueil qui ne fait qu'ajouter au plaisir du séjour.
