The owners who live in the hamlet are committed to being both available and discreet. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel completely at home: immersed in unspoilt nature, the Domaine offers an idyllic setting to recharge your batteries for a weekend or more, with friends or family! In the heart of a 15-hectare estate, you're sure to come across the two donkeys, the two ponies and the chickens, and discover an old 19th-century farmhouse currently being renovated, where two of the partners live, as well as a residence where Fallot et Cie's associative activities are carried out, and two cabins. The Hameau de Fallot is part of Isle-Bouzon, a small, dynamic village with a lively rhythm of community activities, concerts... One of Fallot's springs flows into the recently restored communal washhouse. Here, you can take a stroll and discover the remains of a 13th-century castle, its ramparts and the old church. The Holiday cottage is housed in one of the hamlet's buildings, close to the animals, orchard and agroforestry project. It offers a lovely view over the Auroue valley. This beautiful stone building has been tastefully renovated. The interior has been fitted out all in wood with light colors and features totally original designs. Kids will be delighted to discover the dormitory... or their own dormitory Cabin!

Holiday cottage Fallot offers you the opportunity to enjoy a magnificent, authentic Swimming in the hamlet's natural swimming pool. The water is perfectly soft and clear. There are no added products or chemical filtration, and the pool is simply aided by the action of plants and UV rays. The pool is open to all residents of the hamlet, with no time constraints. You also have access to the on-site relaxation area: Spa and cold baths. And to make the most of your stay, don't forget to reserve your gourmet baskets and drinks.

The Holiday cottage has a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a spacious, bright living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, and a shower room with double shower. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms with 140 beds and a dormitory with 9 beds. The Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 15 people (rates vary according to capacity). For 19 people: You'll also be able to rent an independent 4-person studio with its own terrace overlooking the Countryside (shower room, toilet, kitchen, dining room and sleeping area). The sleeping area comprises a mezzanine with a double bed (140cm) and a sofa bed for 2 people. A private parking lot is available (as it is on a slope, the owners will give you some advice on how to get there).

Concerning events that may take place in our Holiday cottage: As it is part of a hamlet that includes permanent residents and other rental properties, we ask you to respect community life, particularly as regards the peace and quiet of other residents and the use of outdoor music.
Please also note that the houses are relatively close to each other.

For this accommodation, the cleaning package is compulsory (200€). It must be added to your basket at the time of booking.
