Located on a magnificent estate with a swimming pool, just a few minutes from the Château de Cassaigne, the Gîte Duo is ideal for large families and groups of friends wishing to share special moments while retaining their independence. Sleeps 10 to 14: 8 single beds (can be grouped as doubles) / 1 double bed / 2 double sofa beds in each living room. Located in Valence-sur-Baïse, Holiday cottage Duo is the perfect base for discovering the treasures of the Gers: bastides, castles, local gastronomy and beautiful rolling countryside. From lounging by the Piscine to nature walks and cultural discoveries, your stay is sure to be rich and rejuvenating.

By combining two adjoining holiday cottages, this option comfortably accommodates 10 to 14 people. Each holiday cottage has its own private spaces, offering the perfect balance between communal living and privacy.

The stone walls help keep the space cool in the summer; the accommodation is also equipped with fans.

The Holiday Cottage Duo includes:
• Two fully equipped kitchens
• Two comfortable living rooms, each with a sleeper sofa and a relaxation area (one of the holiday cottages features a reading nook)
• Two bedrooms with two 90-cm beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180-cm double bed with a mattress topper) + one 90-cm bed
• One bedroom with a 160-cm bed
• One bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed with a mattress topper (180 cm)
• Three modern bathrooms
• Separate, private restrooms
