Treat yourself to a haven of calm, comfort and conviviality in the heart of the Gers Countryside. Located on a magnificent estate with a swimming pool, just a few minutes from the Château de Cassaigne, the Gîte Duo is ideal for large families and groups of friends wishing to share special moments while retaining their independence. Sleeps 10 to 14: 8 single beds (can be grouped as doubles) / 1 double bed / 2 double sofa beds in each living room. Located in Valence-sur-Baïse, Holiday cottage Duo is the perfect base for discovering the treasures of the Gers: bastides, castles, local gastronomy and beautiful rolling countryside. From lounging by the Piscine to nature walks and cultural discoveries, your stay is sure to be rich and rejuvenating.

By combining two adjoining Holiday cottages, this formula provides comfortable accommodation for 10 to 14 people. Each has its own private space, offering a perfect balance between communal living and privacy.

The Holiday cottage Duo includes :
- Two fully-equipped kitchens - Two comfortable lounges, each with sofa bed and relaxation area (library corner in one of the Holiday cottages) - Two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) (can be grouped as a double with mattress topper) in 180cm + 1 single bed in 90cm - 1 bedroom with 160cm bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be grouped as a double with mattress topper) in 180cm - Three modern shower rooms - Separate, private WC The meticulous decoration, the spaciousness and high ceilings in one of the Holiday cottages create a warm, elegant and relaxing atmosphere.

Outdoors & facilities - Guests have access to the estate's Piscine - Green spaces and hilly landscapes typical of the Gers - Private terrace - Spaces for sharing convivial meals indoors or outdoors Pets allowed (€5/night/pet). The estate is home to a free-roaming cat, so it's important that your companions are comfortable with its presence. Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning: €120 (payable on booking) Accommodation adjoining the owner's home, yet retaining a high degree of privacy.
