Situated between Auch and Vic-Fezensac, in the commune of Saint-Jean-Poutge, this Holiday cottage in a beautiful Gascon house welcomes you for a peaceful stay in the heart of the Countryside. Sleeping 4, the first floor features a pleasant, relaxing living room (without TV, a choice made by the owners to encourage rest and conversation), a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 180x200 cm double bed, the other with two 90x200 cm beds that can be twinned as required. Outside, enjoy a pleasant, shady garden and a swimming pool shared with the owners and any guests on site. Discreet and respectful of your privacy, the owners remain available to advise you and meet your needs during your stay. The owners live on site and also offer Bed and breakfast in another part of the house. The gîte is located in the left wing, while the Bed and breakfast and the owners' home occupy the right wing. Access is via a main entrance common to all the property, making it an ideal base for discovering the rolling Gers countryside, its heritage and its art de vivre.
