Set in 3,000m² of beautifully landscaped grounds with a flowering fallow, this magnificent building is an old farmhouse that has been renovated by its owners and their family over the past 5 years to create a comfortable home that sleeps 8. A private Piscine (4x7m - depth 1.50m), secured by a cover and an alarm, awaits you for your afternoon swims (June to September). Two terraces, one 40m² and one 30m², allow you to enjoy your meals outside while taking in the view of the Piscine. On the ground floor: Entrance to the living rooms, lounge with TV/DVD player, wood-burning stove, dining room with dining area for 8 people, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terraces. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, cleaning products and closed garage for bicycles. Upstairs: air-conditioning, reading area, three bedrooms (2 x 140 beds, 2 x 90 beds), bathroom with walk-in shower and island bath, separate toilet. Insect screens are fitted to bedroom windows, and this accommodation has a reinforced socket for electric vehicles.

Deboo Le gîte très bien équipé de tous qu’on a besoin, dans un endroit calme et vert nous a plu énormement. La piscine est très bien située entre la maison et une terasse couverte, ou nous pouvons manger nos repas. L’espace autour le bâtiment est grand et très bien entretenu. l’Acceuil des propriétaires était très aimable. Ils nous ont donnés toute les informations nécessaires.
