Our old family home, entirely renovated with top-quality materials, promises comfort and ... peace and quiet. Nestled in the heart of this beautiful Countryside, it opens onto 5 hectares of parkland: large holm oaks, fields and valleys as far as the eye can see and... the Pyrenees as a backdrop! Lounging by the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (8m x 4m - depth 1.10m to 1.50m), salt-treated to protect the skin, secured by an alarm and security fence (open from June 1 to September 30), or under one of the 2 pergolas, each equipped with garden furniture. Keep an eye on the Kids playing on the swing or marvel at the 4 or 5 sheep grazing peacefully in a paddock along the driveway. Go for a walk in the Forest, right next door or further afield, and discover the treasures of the Gers, or of the pink City, Toulouse. Le Calavé: the ideal place for a vacation in the heart of nature, or a relaxing business break, while staying connected ....

Large 60 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen island, dining area and lounge area, 4 large bedrooms, including 1 master suite of 30 m² (1 x 160cm bed, dressing room and private shower room), 2nd bedroom of 20 m² (1 x 160cm bed), 3rd bedroom of 18 m² (3 x 90cm beds), 4th bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), double washbasin shower room and 2 separate WCs. The bedding is new and of very high quality, and all bedrooms have large closets. Garage 43 m² for 2 vehicles. Free WiFi available throughout the house.

Electricity surcharge for the period 01/10 to 31/05: 8kw/h per day included. Beyond this amount, the surcharge must be paid on site to the owner (off-peak hours: 0.20€/kwh and peak hours: 0.25€/kwh).
