Armagnac Countryside 2km away. In the Countryside, detached house (87 m2 - ground floor) with private terrace (18m2) and courtyard, surrounded by shady, flower-filled grounds (2500m2). Private above-ground Piscine: 4m x 2m, 1m deep.
Kitchen, living room (sofa), dining area, 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto the kitchen (2 double beds, 1 Kids bed), shower room, wc. The accommodation is air-conditioned.
On request: 1 extra bedroom (1 bed 140 with washbasin, shower and wc): 50 Euros/week to be paid on site or booked in advance.

Extra charge :
Heating from 01/11 to 30/04: extra charge according to consumption above 8kwh/day.

COMMET / WALLON Ce qui nous a plu
L'accueil de la propriétaire a notre arrivée, bonne humeur, bon échange, a l'écoute et même bonne rigolade.
Qualité prix
Le calme du site, nous en avons extrêmement bien profité. Lieu isolé donc pas de nuisance.
Fraîcheur du site, malgré la chaleur est dû a un jardin bien ombragé. Selon les besoins nous pouvions être soit au soleil soit a l'ombre.
Piscine bienvenu avec les fortes chaleurs.
Pour les amoureux de la nature ce site est l'endroit adapté.
Petit Bémol et petit detail que j'ai oublié de notifier et je ne sais pas si cela dépend d'elle, juste un panneau mieux visible recto-verso car quand on arrive sur le lieu quand on ne connaît pas on peut louper le chemin après quand on connaît ça va
je le recommande fortement.
