Completely renovated and fitted out, you can also take advantage of the large covered summer kitchen in the barn, the old wine press, the stables, the outdoor cabin and the boulodrôme. The ideal place to spend convivial moments!

To entertain young and old alike, you'll find a ping pong table, table soccer, darts, boules, Breton shuffleboard, molkky, board games... and to relax, deckchairs and a hammock!

First floor:
- Living room with fireplace, armchairs and TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 10
- Bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
- Laundry room

Outbuildings:
- A barn converted into a covered and equipped summer kitchen (fridge, plancha...)
- A wine press converted into a relaxation area
- A stable converted into a gaming room with separate toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with WC
- A bedroom with 1 bed in 160 and bathroom with bath and WC
- A dormitory room with 4 single beds (90cm)

Outside :
- A converted Cabin
- A bowling green
- Fully enclosed grounds (2500m²)
