In the Countryside, this charming, recently-designed Holiday cottage is housed in a renovated barn, with a covered terrace opening onto the garden and the Gers countryside. It's very bright, with air conditioning, wifi and a saltwater swimming pool (10m x 5m - 0.80m to 2m deep) shared with the owner, 20m from the cottage and secured by a fence. Detached house, not overlooked, near Barbotan. 3-week spa package: 800€ to 900€ outside summer season (July/August). Sheet rental: 10€ per bed.
Attractive living room with kitchenette (dishwasher), 1 ground-floor bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) and 1 shower room/wc (Italian shower). Upstairs: Mezzanine bed (2 x 90cm). This Holiday cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Located in the heart of a farm producing Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne (cellar tour, tasting) and Label Rouge farm poultry.

Bonte aurore Superbe gîte dans un cadre hyper reposant
