In the heart of the Gers countryside and a farm, this is the ideal location for exploring the Bastides and Castelnaux of Gers, as well as the capital of Gascony: Auch!
On the Bastides and Castelnaux route, just a stone's throw from Barran, a 13th-century fortified village with a spiral church steeple, for your next vacation or weekend get away from it all in this pretty, light-filled house, furnished by the owners for your utmost comfort. Take advantage of the terrace (40m²) opening onto a private 400m² garden, for a family breakfast or a relaxing moment in the sun overlooking the private Lake! And why not enjoy a game of Fishing or Petanque on the landscaped grounds? As for the more inquisitive and sporty, they can walk or mountain bike along the Barran path through the farm property, to discover the surrounding Countryside!
Large living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace and offering a beautiful view of the Lake, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each, shower room/wc. Attached garage with bikes.
The Holiday cottage has air conditioning.
With the owner's agreement, you will have free access to his Lake for Fishing. You'll find white fish and predators.
The Aurios Holiday cottage is located on a family farm renowned for its traditional production of free-range fattened ducks. Julien Roucau, son of the Holiday cottage owners, perpetuates the "Excellence Gers" label and offers free visits and a direct sales boutique.

Monique Un petit paradis, hôtes très accueillants, cadre génial, nous étions 2 couples, recherchions le calme en pleine nature nous avons été gâtés, gite très confortable, juste ce qu'il faut pour 2 couples. Nous n'avons pas encore goûter à toutes les spécialités de Julien mais les magrets et les gésiers confits très bien, bravo et l'idée guinguette géniale, nous espérons que ça marche.

Pallusseau L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux. Jocelyne et Joël offrent un gÎte spacieux, totalement indépendant,
très propre et extrèmement confortable où il n'y manque absolument rien. De plus, une vue sur la campagne magnifique et
d'un calme très reposant avec un plan d'eau à deux pas du gîte, un paradis pour les pêcheurs.
Le Gers que nous ne connaissions pas ou que de passage, mérite le détour, très vallonné avec beaucoup de choses à voir.
De ces faits notre semaine de vacances a été beaucoup trop courte, c'est la raison pour laquelle nous revenons au mois de novembre.
Juste une info pour les gastronomes, Julien le fils des propriétaires va produire en totalité tout ce qui est issu du canard,
foie gras, rillettes, manchons, etc.. et cela pour la fin de l'année sur la propriété et à quelques mètres du gîte.
Donc au plaisir de redéguster du pousse-rapière avec vous.
