In the heart of the Gers countryside and a farm, this is the ideal location for exploring the Bastides and Castelnaux of Gers, as well as the capital of Gascony: Auch!
On the Bastides and Castelnaux route, just a stone's throw from Barran, a 13th-century fortified village with a spiral church steeple, for your next vacation or weekend get away from it all in this pretty, light-filled house, furnished by the owners for your utmost comfort. Take advantage of the terrace (40m²) opening onto a private 400m² garden, for a family breakfast or a relaxing moment in the sun overlooking the private Lake! And why not enjoy a game of Fishing or Petanque on the landscaped grounds? As for the more inquisitive and sporty, they can walk or mountain bike along the Barran path through the farm property, to discover the surrounding Countryside!
Large living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace and offering a beautiful view of the Lake, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each, shower room/wc. Attached garage with bikes.
The Holiday cottage has air conditioning.
With the owner's agreement, you will have free access to his Lake for Fishing. You'll find white fish and predators.
The Aurios Holiday cottage is located on a family farm renowned for its traditional production of free-range fattened ducks. Julien Roucau, son of the Holiday cottage owners, perpetuates the "Excellence Gers" label and offers free visits and a direct sales boutique.
In addition: heating package (electric) according to consumption.

Joel -
Soizic gite très agréable
Le gite de Joël et Jocelyn est très agréable. Il est orienté Sud-Est et offre une vue dégagée sur un petit lac au pied d'une colline. La route peut sembler proche mais elle n'est absolument pas gênante. Le gite en lui même est simple, au bon sens du terme, bien conçu, et bien équipé. En bonus, nous avons grandement apprécié la visite de la ferme de l'Aurios avec les propriétaires, qui s'est révélée très instructive, et nous sommes repartis avec plein de produits achetés sur place. Joël et son fils Julien sont très sympathiques, et puis, il fallait bien finir le floc.

Famille_Raym Séjour excellent : accueil chaleureux, gîte spacieux et confortable, cadre calme et vue superbe.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’accueil est particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné.
Le gîte est spacieux, très confortable, propre et parfaitement équipé. Le cadre est calme, reposant et dépaysant, avec une vue magnifique sur l’étang et la campagne gersoise, un vrai plaisir au réveil.- Cleanliness

Bruno Accueil chaleureux et lieu paisible et reposant.
Accueil chaleureux, lieu paisible et reposant. Gite tout confort et très spacieux. Et le petit lac un bijou le matin au réveil!... Un conseil : visiter aussi leur boutique de conserveries de canards pour vous régaler des spécialités du Gers!

A bientôt dans le Gers -
Bruno Séjour très agréable avec déconnexion complète en face d'un étang et au lever du soleil
Gîte à proximité des principaux sites de visite, bien équipé et surtout au calme. En octobre on peut voir la migration des oiseaux qui font escale au bord de l'étang. Vous pouvez goûter aux produits à base de canard gras préparés par Julien et Joel et partager un repas fermier si vous avez la chance d'être là au moment de son organisation. Très bon séjour.
