Take a stroll in the park with its orchard and vegetable garden, or go fishing by the Lake. And for longer walks, take advantage of the nearby Hiking trails to discover the riches of the Countryside and the heritage of the Gers region: they'll take you as far as Fleurance or Lectoure! Upstairs in the owners' house: the Prestige bedroom has a 200x200 bed and a large shower room with separate toilet. There's also a reading and relaxation area with coffee, tea and kettle facilities. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140cm) with washbasin and private shower, and the toilet is accessible from the corridor. Bedroom 3 features a 160cm bed, bookcase and desk, private bathroom and separate toilet accessible from the landing. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with fireplace and large bay windows overlooking the garden and entrance to the house, a library with billiard table and a separate dining room for your breakfasts.
