Christine and André open the doors of this pretty family home, located on the family farm, a few steps from the heart of Barcelonne du Gers, on the borders of the Gers and Landes regions...

There's a lovely flower-filled garden with an above-ground swimming pool (6x3.5 - depth: 1.1) to share with the owners, and a Cabin for Kids to play in. At the rear of the house is a large green space with a soccer pitch for family games, a henhouse and ducks. The house is bordered by a local road, ideal for walking or cycling, and access to the village shops: butcher's, baker's, grocer's. You enter the house via a beautiful veranda with a dining area and a play area for the Kids, then access a large living room with lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen. The hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), a shower room and a toilet.
