Vic-Fezensac 6km away: restored barn (140 m2 - ground floor + 2 upper floors), very original architecture in a quiet setting overlooking the Countryside, with covered terrace, shaded green space (2000m² with play area). On-site: hiking trails, landscaped pond, Fishing, 14x5m saltwater Piscine with overflowing edge, (overflowing - saltwater - 14x5m/prof 1.6 - secured by alarm + fence), to be shared occasionally with the owners, present only at weekends.

Living room/kitchenette, storeroom, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90), shower room, wc. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 90, 2 beds 80), wc and bathroom opening onto balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140). Carport. Kids equipment.
