Rent this village house in Gazaupouy for the beauty of the setting and the soothing calm of the Countryside. A great base for exploring the Gers, or the ideal place to relax and unwind!
Open the doors to this beautiful 230m² Gascon house, laid out over 2 levels. Bathed in light and tastefully decorated, it blends old-world charm with modern comforts to ensure you enjoy a peaceful stay. In the 5000 m2 garden, enjoy the terrace with its exceptional view over the valleys and the private Piscine (9m x 5m - 1 to 2 m deep, secured by an alarm), or play a game of ping pong with the family. Just a few meters from the village center, enjoy free access to the Tennis and Petanque courts. Private parking is available on the side of the Holiday cottage. And, for the privacy of occupants, you have 5 independent bedrooms, with independent access, 3 of which have private shower rooms and bathrooms. The other 2 rooms share a shower room and bathroom.

On 2nd level, opening onto the lane: living room with bar and kitchen area, bedroom with decorative fireplace (1 bed 160) and "Tintin" bedroom (2 beds 90) with shower room/wc between them, red bedroom (1 bed 160, bathroom and wc), blue bedroom (1 bed 140, shower room/wc). On the 1st level, opening onto the garden and terrace: laundry room, separate toilet, large living room with open kitchen, white bedroom (1 bed 160, shower room/wc).

Goni cecile Nous avons passé 5 jours à la vieille ferme pour le nouvel an,nous étions 9 , nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la beauté de cette maison ,les enfants ont aussi adoré ce séjour et cette belle villa.Il n y manque rien ,tout est prévu afin de passer un excellent séjour,et l hôte est vraiment très gentil.A noté aussi que des très beaux petits villages sont à proximité et que condom est à 10km.Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Chantal HENRY Maison très agréable à vivre: grande cuisine,les salles de bain dans les chambres sont un vrai plus,la décoration style campagne chic est faite avec beaucoup de goût.La piscine ,la tonnelle (a l ombre à midi) et la fraîcheur dans la maison nous ont permis de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur(il faisait 30 degrés pendant notre sejour).Le soir repas sur la belle terasse avec une vue à couper le souffle.Nous étions 10 et cette maison était parfaite pour nous!!De plus les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Le Boulair bernadette Très agréable séjour passé à la vieille ferme …… retrouvailles d amis pour découvrir le pays gersois.
Lieu idéal , maison très confortable ou le charme des vieilles pierres côtoie le confort moderne.
Aucun point négatif , sauf peut être que l on a très légèrement deviné les Pyrénées …….
Notre hôte Yves est une personne très accueillante et chaleureuse qui nous a donné de supers adresses ……Gîte à découvrir absolument
