On a winegrowing estate in the heart of the village of Salles d'Armagnac, this large manor house houses a 120m² Holiday cottage with its own entrance and a large 25m² terrace (access via 3 steps). A second 4-person Holiday cottage is available on site, with its own access road. You'll enjoy the shared 5000m² grounds (owners and other Holiday cottage) planted with trees and flowers, and the communal fenced swimming pool (depth: 0.97 to 2m, 9.50x4.10 - regulation fencing). The estate is bounded by the buildings in front of the Holiday cottage and by vegetation and a ditch behind the cottage. A visit to the 'Armagnac et Floc' winery is available on request. There's a lake 200m away, with fishing facilities.
