In the heart of the hamlet of Mazères, discover this charming Holiday cottage, adjoining the owner's home with independent access for peace and independence, set in 6000m² of wooded and flowered parkland, 4500m² of which is fenced.
At your disposal, a private 12m x 6m Piscine (salt treatment - depth 1.20m - 2.20m), secured by a fence and reserved exclusively for tenants (accessible during the day and outside maintenance hours).
Entrance to living room, lounge with sofa bed, working fireplace (with bread oven), fully-equipped kitchen. One bedroom with double bed (140cm), one bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) (accessible via the shower room or outside) and shower room/wc. Terrace with garden furniture. Deposit €400 payable on arrival. Heating compulsory in winter. Internet: wifi.

MARIE Nous avons passé un super séjour à la tanière : c’est un endroit paisible avec beaucoup de verdure . La piscine est parfaite , le gîte est bien équipé et reste au frais malgré la chaleur .
.L´accueil s’est très bien passé , le propriétaire est discret , sympathique et à l’écoute .

yves Magnifique gîte situé dans un petit hameau tranquille, tout confort. A disposition une grande piscine dans un faste parc arboré.
Nous avons passé une semaine agréable malgrè les caprices de la météo.
