Located on the first floor of the owner's house, you have independent access to the living room, which includes a sofa bed for one person, a dining room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with toilet. Free parking is available approx. 100 m away, and the alley is not very busy.

The owner speaks 5 languages: French, English, German, Spanish and Italian.
