On a cereal farm, discover this 60's house entirely renovated by the owners. The unoverlooked garden of approx. 1000m² allows you to eat or relax in the sunshine, while enjoying an exceptional view of the Gers valleys and the Pyrenees. The owners live in a neighboring house on the estate.

Located 14km from Vic-Fezensac and 30km from Marciac, this Holiday cottage is perfect for a stay during the Tempo Latino or Jazz in Marciac festivals. For Hiking enthusiasts, there are numerous trails around the Holiday cottage. Just 15 minutes away, discover Lupiac, the village of D'Artagnan with its Museums. You can also enjoy a swim in the Lake and entertainment at the guinguette. Other lakes are also open to swimming. For young and old alike, there are two accrobranche (tree-climbing) sites where you can have a great time.

Thanks to its geographical location, the Holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring the region's rich heritage and taking in the festivities.

Entrance hall, separate toilet, access to the fully-equipped kitchen, storeroom and laundry room next door, a door leading to the outside (south-facing). From the entrance hall, direct access to the living room with sofa, TV and dining area. The living room opens onto the east-facing garden. The functional shower room with its large walk-in shower will be accessible to the Holiday cottage's 3 double bedrooms, each equipped with a 140cm bed and storage space. A fourth bedroom, more suitable for Kids, is available if required, equipped with 90cm bunk beds. On the garden side, a dining area, deckchairs, chiliennes and barbecue are available.
