Ideally located between Vic-Fezensac (Pentecost in Vic, Salsa Latino) and Nogaro, and just 30 minutes from Marciac and its famous Jazz Festival, this holiday cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Gers while enjoying a preserved natural environment.

The house boasts a superb outdoor area, which is the true highlight of the property. You’ll enjoy a 1,000 m² private garden with trees—unfenced, bathed in tranquility and greenery, and bordered by a small, quiet local road. It’s the ideal place to relax, read in the shade of the trees, or simply savor the silence of the Countryside.

With a floor area of 135 m², this holiday cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and offers bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished spaces. Everything has been designed with your wellbeing and relaxation in mind.
The holiday cottage consists of:

• Dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette
• Two bedrooms (1 bed 160×200 and 1 bed 140×200)
• Bathroom, shower room, and toilet
Upstairs, a mezzanine furnished as a sitting area, library, and relaxation space extends the atmosphere of calm and rest.
Upon request, an additional attic bedroom with a sink (2 beds, 120×190) can be provided (if two separate beds are needed, but the maximum capacity remains 4 people)
