Ideally located between Vic-Fezensac (Pentecost in Vic, Salsa Latino) and Nogaro, and just 30 minutes from Marciac and its famous Jazz Festival, this Holiday cottage is the perfect base for discovering the Gers while enjoying a preserved natural environment.

The house benefits from a superb exterior, a real asset of the Holiday cottage. You'll enjoy a 1,000 m² private garden planted with trees, not enclosed, bathed in calm and greenery, bordered by a small, little-used local road. An ideal place to relax, read in the shade of the trees or simply enjoy the silence of the Countryside.

With a surface area of 135 m², this Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and offers bright, comfortable and carefully furnished spaces. Everything has been designed with your Wellbeing and relaxation in mind.
The Holiday cottage comprises :

On the first floor, a mezzanine is converted into a lounge-library and relaxation area, adding to the calm and restful atmosphere.
On request, an additional attic bedroom with washbasin (2 beds 120×190) can be provided (if two separate beds are required, but the maximum capacity remains 4 people).
