Set in an enclosed garden of around 1000m², you'll discover a beautiful Gascon house with a private swimming pool (8x4, flat-bottomed 1.50m, salt-treated, secured by a bar cover), parking for 3 cars that converts into a pétanque court, a trampoline for the Kids, a ping-pong table and a covered terrace for outdoor meals and aperitifs. A twenty-minute walk will take you to Auch City center. You'll appreciate the renovation work carried out on this house, and the touches of antique furniture that the owners have installed. Pets are not allowed unless agreed with the owners.

Ground floor: Entrance hall with staircase, dining room, fitted kitchen, laundry room, separate WC, living room (TV, sofa, table soccer), reading room (library, desk). All ground-floor rooms are interconnected. Upstairs: a dormitory bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (80cm) (+ 1 extra bed (80cm)) and a private shower room. On the landing, a separate toilet and attic bathroom. An attic bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Across the corridor, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 110x190cm bed. Opposite, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room.
