The spacious, bright living room with open-plan kitchen is ideal for sharing meals or relaxing after a busy day. The house opens onto a large sunny terrace and a 4000 m² park planted with trees and flowers. A real plus for families: just opposite the house, the Gondrin Leisure Park awaits you with its Piscine, slides and play areas for all ages. No need for a car: hours of fun and relaxation at your fingertips! Electric vehicle charging station just 100 m away (public terminal). From November 2025, options included (bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning). The house can also be rented for 10 people (access to 2 additional bedrooms).
