A separate toilet, a family room with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 Kids' area with 2 x 90cm Bunk beds, 1 parents' area with 1 x 180cm bed and direct access to the terrace. A staircase leads down to the garden level, comprising a Sports hall with bike, rowing machine, treadmill, storeroom, large living room with dining area, open-plan kitchen, lounge with table soccer, 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room, separate wc. Outside, a staircase leads to a double bedroom (1 bed 160) with WC and shower room.
