Built in 1733 by a marquis, the Chartreuse A Cahuzac has a singular history. Legend has it that its owner, who refused to live in the chateau at Larressingle because it was too cold, had this house built... and even envisaged a secret tunnel linking the two properties. A mystery still unsolved. In 1782, a winery was added, marking the beginning of armagnac production and giving the estate its "château" status.

Outside, everything invites you to relax: a spacious swimming pool (12 x 8 m, depth 1.50 m) with shaded terrace, a convivial barbecue area, and a charming patio with a water feature. From the covered terrace, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees and the Countryside, while the carefully renovated interior elegantly blends old-world charm with contemporary comfort. Please note: due to the presence of several water features (swimming pool, basin, small pond) and high walls, the estate is not suitable for young children. The swimming pool is not heated and is generally open from June to September inclusive Wood-burning stoves and heating only for winter stays.
