Montréal du Gers 1.5km away: detached stone 'Old Vineyard Cabin' (35 m2 - ground floor + mezzanine), located in the middle of the Vineyard (access by rural road), with small terrace, courtyard (100 m2 - gravel) and green space (150 m2), bordered by the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, and located 200m from the owners' house (B&B): campsite, playground, shared swimming pool (9x4m - secured by cover) and ULM runway.
Living room/kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room/wc. Mezzanine living room (access by ladder), no TV.
