In the heart of a private hamlet, 1.5km from the village of Roquelaure, this holiday cottage has been converted into a traditional 19th-century farmhouse adjoining the owners' home. You'll love the 151m² of living space (ground floor + first floor) and the 250m² enclosed private garden, where a built barbecue awaits your grills. The owners, who farm cereals and one hectare of vines, will be delighted to welcome you and listen to your needs throughout your stay.

The house comprises: ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and separate toilet; first floor: separate toilet, alcove with storage space and three bedrooms. A corridor leads to bedroom 1 (2 x 120cm beds), which communicates with bedroom 2 (1 x 140cm bed). Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90) is also accessed via the corridor, and communicates with bedroom 2. Rooms 1 and 3 have separate entrances from the corridor. Car and/or motorcycle shelter. Additional charge: heating package. Optional: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen.
