Ground floor: Dining room. Large living room with 5 sofas. Kitchen. 4K TV lounge. 15m2 bedroom (1 bed 180x200) with en suite bathroom + shower, separate toilet.

FIRST FLOOR: 3 large attic bedrooms (25 to 30m2, sleeping 8 to 13 on request), bathroom + Italian shower + washing machine and dryer. Landing converted into a small lounge or study. A mezzanine.

75M² ATTENDANT APARTMENT with 8 beds in 2 bedrooms, and a living room incorporating an open-plan kitchenette with bar.

BEDROOMS: All king-size beds (90x200cm and 180x200cm) with memory foam mattresses.

LARGE wooden TERRACE, half of which is sheltered under an authentic, open Gascon barn, creating an ideal courtyard for relaxing in the shade.

SWIMMING POOL with heated water all year round, secured by a telescopic cover, for swimming with a view over the valleys of the Gers.

MOBILE EQUIPMENT available: Barbecue and gas plancha for outdoor meals, ping-pong table, sound system, garden tables and furniture.

PARK: 5000m2 of unobstructed views, with shady woods, hammocks, a mini soccer pitch, a shutter net, badminton ball and rackets, a petanque pitch and balls.

- Portable but professional sound system (YAMAHA amplifiers) available with mixing desk for connecting your smartphones or laptops via Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack. This service is free of charge, so it's strictly forbidden to bring additional sound equipment (no exceptions possible, thank you).
- Welcoming additional guests for 1 evening, without sleeping accommodation, and outside the maximum capacity of 23p: Option at €25/person.
- Disco lighting and bistro table soccer available on request: Option at 290e/WE.
- Barbecue and plancha on wheels, with gas supplied.
- 400Mbps fiber optics with Wifi repeaters throughout the property.
