Access via an electric gate, the garden is partly fenced, ideal for Kids, the house has a large living room opening onto the covered terrace, living room, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom and its shower room/wc accessible to people with reduced mobility and including 1 bed 140 and direct access to the outside, a corridor leads to 2 other bedrooms including 2 beds 90, 1 bed 160 with dressing room, a shower room and an independent toilet. The house is equipped to respect the environment: low consumption, water softener.
