Welcome to our Holiday cottage in the heart of the lively village of Saint clar. The house is spacious and can accommodate 9 people plus two babies. The stone house, with its 18m² terrace and intimate 45m² garden, invites you to enjoy peaceful outdoor moments. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the terrace. Inside, the Holiday cottage reveals a blend of traditional character and modern comfort.

The ground floor features a large living room, a storeroom, a toilet and a fitted kitchen with dining area.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms (n°1 with two 90cm beds, n°2 with a 160cm bed and n°3 with three 90cm beds) and a shower room with toilet.
On the second and top floor is the fourth attic bedroom, with a double bed (140cm) and a shower room with toilet.
The house can be rented for 6 people, with bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 at your disposal.
The proximity of local shops adds a touch of convenience to your stay. Explore the village lanes to discover quaint boutiques, welcoming restaurants and taste the local flavors that will tantalize your taste buds. The traditional Markets, held on Thursdays and Saturdays, offer an authentic experience, while the possibility of recharging electric vehicles just a few steps away reinforces our commitment to environmentally-friendly mobility.
Lovers of outdoor activities will be delighted by the proximity of a Base de loisirs, just a few kilometers from the Holiday cottage. Swimming, water sports, or simply a relaxing day by the water, you'll be spoilt for choice for fun times with family and friends.
The accommodation is non-smoking inside, but you can smoke on the terrace and in the garden.
Pets allowed on the ground floor, but not on the upper floors, at extra cost.

No bathroom or kitchen linen. Optional: sheets. Available: blankets (plaid) for each bed, but no blankets for the baby bed.
