Just 2 km from Madiran, at the heart of a 50-hectare farm and winegrowing estate, the domaine is located on the borders of 4 départements: Gers, Hautes-Pyrénées, Pynées-Atlantiques and Landes: Gers, Hautes-Pyrénées, Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Landes. An ideal starting point for discovering the surrounding Countryside: the Madiran wine trail, the surrounding villages and the many summer festivals!

In the outbuildings of the Gascon house, the 81m² Hirondelle Holiday cottage, on the first floor and first floor, adjoins the Coucou holiday cottage and opens onto a pretty terrace where the vegetation offers you a private space. You have direct access to the magnificent 2-hectare park with its century-old trees, offering plenty of space for Kids to relax or play, while anglers can enjoy the beautiful pond (tench, roach...), and Kids can play in the shade in the barn, where there's also a swing. The vast swimming pool (12x6m - depth:1.10m to 2.60m) with diving board, to be shared with the other Holiday cottage (potentially 4 people) and the owners, is fenced in and has steps, making it the ideal place to cool off, play with the family or simply sunbathe! Living room/kitchenette, wc/washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 120, 1 folding baby bed), bathroom wc.
