Gîte l'Etable du Domaine Lassalle

On the border between the Gers and Lot-et-Garonne departments, Domaine Lassalle Saint-Créac extends over 13 hectares. Olivier and Didier are delighted to welcome you to the Domaine, in a 15th-century guardhouse and its outbuildings, combining history, charm and authenticity. For a night, a weekend, a week or more, you'll enjoy an exceptional, peaceful and relaxing country setting, surrounded by unspoilt nature. An idyllic site for your ceremonies, wedding, family reunion or business seminar.

The Holiday cottage l'Etable occupies the entire second floor of the former cowshed, covering almost 250m². Access is via the courtyard and its stone staircase. Under its century-old roof and poplar roof timbers, you'll be able to gather with family or friends. With its 4 bedrooms (including 2 on the mezzanine off the living room), it sleeps 15. The Holiday cottage is fully air-conditioned and alarmed. The 80m² living room (living room, lounge, fully-equipped kitchen), with its terrace opening onto the courtyard, has direct access to the swimming pool and Spa (shared with the Bed and breakfast and the dormitory). Two suites of over 50m² offer a relaxing lounge area, a sleeping area with a 180cm double bed (which can be split into 2 x 90cm beds) on the ground floor and 3 mezzanine beds (3 80cm beds or 1 160cm bed + 1 80cm bed), a large double shower room and a private toilet. Finally, two other mezzanine bedrooms open onto the loft-style living room, each sleeping 3 (3 sleeping 80 or 1 sleeping 160 + 1 sleeping 80). A shower room and WC on the ground floor are dedicated to these 2 mezzanine bedrooms over the living room.

All included: EDF, heating, cleaning, sheets, towels and household linen.
