Set on a hillside above the spa village of Castéra-Verduzan, the Holiday cottage is 400m as the crow flies from the village center. It features a shared swimming pool (salt-filtered and heated to a maximum of 27°), a 25m² private flower-filled terrace with plant fencing, and an independent parking space with charging socket. Free WiFi (fiber) is available in the Holiday cottage and on the terrace. The house is built of local stone (natural air-conditioning provided), with old beams and a fireplace reminiscent of its noble ancestors! The 32 m², garden-level Holiday cottage faces south-east and backs onto an old wine storehouse. Located next to our house, it is independent, on the edge of the hamlet, in a quiet, green and hilly setting.... 1 set of bed linen and 1 set of 2 towels per person included in the price.Additional rental: 15€ sheets and 10€ towels, to be paid on site. Low and mid-season: heating consumed in excess of the 10 kwh/day included in the rental charge will be paid at the end of the stay on the basis of 25 cts/kwh extra (dedicated meter). Bio-ethanol for fireplace: 5€ per liter. Small pets allowed (dog or cat, max 50 cm high), clean and tidy, extra charge 3€ per day and additional deposit of 150€.
