The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen with pantry, and a cosy living room around the fireplace, opening onto a shaded terrace with the scent of honeysuckle.
Two bedrooms: Lilas (140cm bed, garden access) and Tulipes (2 twin 80cm beds, mezzanine, outdoor access).
Bathroom with corner bath, shower, washbasin and washing machine, plus separate WC.
Upstairs, former attic with waxed parquet floor: relaxation landing with sofa bed, library and games.

Two bedrooms: Cerise (bed 160, view of the Countryside) and Bleue (2 beds 90, antique writing desk).
Enclosed garden of 500 m² on two levels, planted with flowers and grass.
Secure parking in the grounds, with shed also serving as a wood store and storage area.
