Juillac, 3.5km from Marciac: On a plain, in the heart of a small village, this pretty Holiday cottage (70 m2 - ground floor accessed by 4 steps) opens onto a lovely terrace and a green area benefiting from the natural shade of the trees: the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view over the Gers hillsides. Adjacent to the owners' home, the 110-hectare agricultural property (cereals) is bordered by rivers, ideal for Fishing, and for sports enthusiasts, the village of Juillac is the starting point for Hiking trails. For jazz fans, the famous Jazz In'Marciac Festival takes place every August. Parking in front of the Holiday cottage.
Living/dining room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms each with private shower room (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90, baby bed on request), separate toilet, air-conditioning. Shared washing machine.
