In a hamlet, this beautiful traditional house of 120m² on first floor and first floor opens onto a shaded private terrace for your meals with family or friends in complete privacy. The owner, who lives on site, opens the doors to his 8500m² estate, planted with trees and fenced in, with a beautiful swimming pool (5x11 - depth: 0.6 to 2.15m - secured by a curtain) to share, and a pool house for barbecues and aperitifs by the water! Relax in the shade, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Countryside and the Pyrenees on a clear day, or explore the Gers countryside and the Samatan.... fat market.
The estate also offers a cocooning Holiday cottage with Spa for 2 people.

Upstairs: bedroom with 1 x 160 bed (luxury hotel bedding) and private bathroom. Reversible air conditioning in all rooms except 2 bedrooms and wood-burning stove in living room.
