This 80m² ground-floor and first-floor Holiday cottage offers all modern comforts, with a blend of the old and the new. Set in the continuity of the owners' house, you'll enjoy a shady, flower-filled garden to share, ideal for relaxing or family meals, while the Kids play on the portico or visit the donkeys in a fenced-in paddock. Ideally located between Lectoure, City of Art and History, and Condom, Episcopal city, there are many beautiful villages and sites to visit, including Flaran Abbey. Ground-floor entrance hall with access to a kitchen and summer dining room. Upstairs: separate kitchen, large living room with balcony and air-conditioning, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each), shower room, separate wc. Additional charges: heating (€5/day), optional end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen included in price.

Patrick Bon séjour découverte du Gers
Malgré une météo assez peu ensoleillée nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le Gers, la découverte de sa nature, de son patrimoine. Le gîte était au top, confort et équipements, et nos hôtes de parfaits ambassadeurs de la région. Ferrer Dominique et Daniel Site très agréable arboré entouré de champs. Gite de taille confortable fonctionnel où tradition et modernité se côtoient. Les propriétaires Pierre et Ginette adorables très attentionnés avec qui les échanges sont agréables et riches. Séjour très agréable.
