Ferme des Balances

Welcome to the farm La Ferme des Balances, group holiday cottages in the heart of our educational farm in Seissan, Gers. This peaceful, authentic setting is ideal for families, associations, institutions and leisure centers.

The Holiday cottage offers 250 m² of comfort and space, distributed as follows:
- 1 large 80 m² dining room with wood-burning stove, perfect for group meals or activities
- 1 large, pleasant and well-equipped kitchen
- 3 large bedrooms, sleeping up to 22 people
- 3 shower rooms
- 4 toilets

You'll be lulled to sleep by the sound of the rooster crowing, surrounded by animals and greenery.

We offer a variety of farm activities: animal entertainment.

The Holiday cottage is only 2 km from the village (shops within easy reach).

Reception conditions

Arrival from 10am (storage possible the day before on request)

Departure before 5pm (for short stays of less than 3 nights)

Electricity included up to 60 kWh/day, charged extra above this amount.

Cleaning charged to group, or option to pay if not done

Important rules

Noisy or festive activities (loud music, fireworks, etc.) are forbidden, for the respect of animals and neighbors.

Maximum number of people: 22 (in compliance with regulations)
