This charming 35m² (ground floor + 2 upper floors) detached pigeon house is located in the heart of the village of Tournecoupe. Dating from the 17th century, it has been restored and converted into a holiday cottage, while retaining its original features, such as the nesting boxes that can be admired in the bedroom. It has a veranda and a 45m² covered terrace from which you can enjoy an exceptional view of the Gers valleys and the Pyrenees. A fenced swimming pool (7.8x3.7 - depth: 1.50m) shared with the owners is at your disposal, as is a 100m² garden. The owner lives nearby, so she's always ready to listen to your needs. For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen, towels, cleaning and heating.
