Nestled in a green setting, this beautiful 8-hectare private property is a true haven of peace. Several ponies roam free, enjoying the unspoilt natural surroundings that contribute to the serene atmosphere. As soon as you arrive, you'll be enveloped in a feeling of comfort and Wellbeing, as you'll be welcomed into a tastefully decorated and fully-equipped home.

You can enjoy your meals or breakfast on one of the terraces, in complete privacy, while taking in the absolute tranquility of the Gers countryside. With no neighbors directly across the way, the owner lives on-site in a charming wooden Chalet nearby and will welcome you warmly, while respecting your privacy. Please note: the property is also home to Izzy, the house cat, who is gentle and friendly. She lives here year-round and may occasionally approach visitors; therefore, guests with allergies should keep this in mind.

The new Spa/hot tub area and the saltwater pool (secured by an alarm) invite you to relax. From the terrace and garden, the view is simply exceptional: rolling hills, lush green meadows, and on clear days, a spectacular panorama of the Pyrenees mountain range, all the way to the Pic du Midi. For nature lovers, there are several walking options: grassy paths through the meadows, or a pleasant 2-km loop around the property, skirting the pastures and passing near the woods—ideal for watching the ponies and enjoying the scenery.

Inside, the ground floor features an entryway, a cozy living room, a spacious, light-filled living area with a relaxation and dining space, and an open kitchen with direct access to the terraces. A mezzanine level houses a reading nook and an office. A bedroom with a 160-bed and a bathroom with a toilet are also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 180×200 bed and a sleeper sofa, as well as a bedroom with three single beds—perfect for families.

The house is not suitable for young kids due to the presence of an electric fence and a pond in the garden.

End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory (€150), payable on booking.
