Nestled in a green setting, this beautiful 8-hectare private property is a true haven of peace. Several ponies roam free, enjoying the unspoilt natural surroundings that contribute to the serene atmosphere. As soon as you arrive, you'll be enveloped in a feeling of comfort and Wellbeing, as you'll be welcomed into a tastefully decorated and fully-equipped home.

You can enjoy your meals or breakfasts on one of the terraces, in complete privacy, while enjoying the absolute peace and quiet of the Countryside. Not overlooked, the owner lives in a charming wooden Chalet nearby and will welcome you with care, while respecting your peace and quiet. Please note: the property is also home to Izzy, the sweet and sociable house cat. She lives here all year round and may occasionally approach visitors, so it's best for allergy sufferers to take this into account. The new Spa/hot tub area and saltwater swimming pool (secured by an alarm) invite you to relax. From the terrace and garden, the view is simply outstanding: rolling hills, lush green meadows, and on a clear day, a spectacular panorama of the Pyrenees chain, all the way to the Pic du Midi. For nature lovers, there are several walks to choose from: grassy paths between the meadows, or a pleasant 2 km route around the property, skirting the pastures and passing close to the woods, ideal for watching the ponies and enjoying the scenery. Inside, the ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a cosy living room, a vast, bright living room with a relaxation and dining area, and an open kitchen with direct access to the terraces. A mezzanine provides reading and study space. A bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with WC is also on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a 180×200cm bed and a sofa bed, and a bedroom with three single beds, ideal for families. The house is not suitable for young Kids, due to the presence of an electric fence and a pond in the garden.
